Birds in Crisis: What Can I Do?
Salisbury Association Land Trust, in partnership with Sharon Audubon Center and Housatonic Valley Association, has produced an exhibit about important ecological concerns affecting you and our natural world.
Birds in Crisis: What Can I Do? was scheduled to open at the Academy Building in Salisbury, Connecticut in April 2020, but a virtual exhibit was made available instead due to COVID-19. We are pleased to announce the physical exhibit has now been set up and can be visited at the Academy Building in Salisbury until the end of September 2020.
The exhibit hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to Noon. Only 5 people with masks are allowed in at one time.
Many thanks to Elaine and Lou Hecht, who helped to create the exhibit and make it possible in both its virtual and physical form. We plan to mount the physical exhibit and open it for public viewing when it is safe to do so.
To learn more, we invite you to visit the Salisbury Association Land Trust website and enjoy the informative Bird in Crisis presentation by Sharon Audubon Center's director, Eileen Fielding, below.
