The Sharon Audubon Center will be holding a Holiday Wish-List Sale and Event on Saturday, November 23rd from 10:00am-4:00pm. There will be various activities and workshops throughout the day for adults and children. Participants can carve a nature block print to take home, create holiday cards with pre-cut ink block prints, create their own wrapping paper designs with handmade cut stamps, and create some beautiful, unique 3-D snowflakes made out of paper bags. There will be story times for children, Winter Bird ID and Bird Feeding presentations for adults, and free hot chocolate. Families with children can check in with a staff person to help your child shop in secret for gifts for parents/guardians and wrap the selected purchased items at our free gift-wrapping table.

The Nature Store will be featuring a Wish-list Sale with “now and later” coupons. Guests are invited to shop or peruse in the store and complete a wish list form to give to a friend or family member, who will receive a discount on their purchases for a later date from the wish list. The Sharon Audubon Center Nature Store has a wide variety of bird and nature-related items such as bird seed and feeders, kids’ books, toys, stuffed animals, jewelry, bird-friendly coffee and maple syrup, puzzles, games, stocking stuffers, cards and prints from a local artist, and much more.
